The meet sheet is not yet available but we anticipate that when it gets posted entries will open at the same time so we need to collect availabilty prior to it being posted.
Please use last year’s meet sheet for the same meet as a rough guide, understanding that there may be changes this year and the coaches will use your indicated availability to choose events if there is a conflict between any events indicated in the comments and your indicated availabilty.

The entries will not be circulated prior to being submitted to the host team and you will be responsible for the fees for any events into which the coaches enter your swimmer so please check your schedule and indicate availability prior to the deadline which is tomorrow, Saturday, March 12 at 9 a.m. No swimmers will be entered into the meet unless they indicate that they are available in the portal.
Note also that new swimmers must use the comments box to indicate events they want, but returning swimmers can just indicate availabilty (but may include event comments if they feel strongly about certain events).

Apologies for the fast turn-around but we’re doing everything we can to make sure the team gets into the desired meets and are moving quickly based on new information. It’s a tough balance between wanting you to have full information prior to signing up and getting availabilty well in advance of entries opening.
Next week we are going to open availabity for remaining meets (whether the meet information is availabile or not) to avoid such short turn-arounds. Please watch email for notification when that occurs.
