At this time we do not have access to district buildings to collect payments so that they can be recorded and deposited. If you have submitted a payment that is not yet reflected in your bank account, we will process it as soon as we are able. If you have not yet mailed the payment due on March 25th feel free to do so and we will retrieve it upon gaining access to district mail. Any late fees for March bills will be waived. At this time, we anticipate that April billing will occur later than usual and we will be in touch with details when more information is communicated with our staff.
Our season is priced based on 10 months (for year-round participants) or 6.5 months (for short-course-only participants). The normal short course runs from September through mid-March with a planned break from mid-March through mid-April. Most of our swimmers had completed their short course season at the time of the unscheduled end to our season, and those still in the water had only a short time (a “weekish” with limited practices available, particularly for the senior group, than usual). Due to the timing of our school closures, credits will not be applied to accounts related to the end of short course. While the situation is fluid and will be reevaluated if we are not able to get back in the water as planned, we are assuming we will return as scheduled, thus our time out of the water will be March 12 through April 13 (roughly the one month built into our pricing).
Until we receive information to the contrary we must continue to operate under the assumption that long course practices and meets will take place, so please be sure to get availability into the portal by the deadlines per previous communications. Note that while indicating availability in the portal constitutes a commitment to pay the related meet entry fees regardless of whether your swimmer attends a meet that is held, we charge meet entry fees to our swimmers only after the meet occurs so you will not be charged unless the meet actually takes place.
Stay Safe! And, as always, feel free to reach out should you have any questions.
