LONG COURSE 2016
Due to the ever accelerating long course meet sign-up timeframes, we will need to start collecting long course meet attendance information soon. Watch for an email next week with related information.
Communications about long course have been sent to all current team members. You either were sent a message stating that your swimmer is already registered for long course or one stating that you need to register your swimmer for long course if s/he wants to participate.
If you need to register, the deadline to contact Jen Steinberg at email@example.com is February 22 (earlier, as always, is better).
Long course is scheduled to begin on April 11. The long course practice schedule will be the same schedule as last year (times and locations). To see last year's schedule, look at the team calendar for last long course (April-July 2015).
February bills were emailed on Tuesday. The billing guidance document has been recently circulated to help with any questions. If you have billing questions after reading that document, please contact Jennifer Steinberg at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please remit all amounts billed by the 25th of February.
Have a great week!
