PRACTICE:
In the event of inclement weather, please check either the Home Page of the CBSD website or the Calendar Page on the CBST website to get the latest update on practice changes or cancellations. We will try to send emails and Twitter notifications but are not always in a position to do that and website changes will be made sooner than any email could go out. If CBSD is closed due to inclement weather we do not have practice.
LONG COURSE 2019:
Please remember that for anyone who has already contacted me about registering for long course, the deadline to register in your portal and submit payment is January 31st (earlier, as always, is better especially for the portal piece). If you missed the deadline to contact me but would still like to sign your swimmer up for long course please contact me immediately.

- It is hard to believe that the CBST Spring Fever meet is coming up soon!
- Watch for information regarding volunteering at the meet for non-officials to be emailed next week.
