Updates for this week:
MEETS and ENTRIES:
Nations Capital Invitational (NCAP)
Good Luck to all the CBST swimmers attending NCAP this weekend! The link below will provide you with all the information regarding this invitational.
Please pay special attention to the information in the link above regarding volunteering...
"The NCAP Invitational, (formerly the Tom Dolan Invitational), has been the fastest meet on the East Coast for several years now. In order to maintain and enhance that experience for our athletes, we need your help to staff the meet. We provide food and drink for our volunteers as well, so please consider helping out! A volunteer link will be posted on the Potomac Valley Swimming, (http://www.pvswim.org/schedule.html), schedule page as well as the NCAP Home web site. (www.nationscapitalswimming.com), to sign up to help out the meet. This is a large event and all manner of volunteers are needed. "
Although CBST has not been assigned volunteer responsibilities, please consider helping our meet host this weekend. If CBST volunteers do not step up to help throughout the weekend, the meet director will approach our team and request the coaches to find parents to help. As always, we appreciate your help during these meets!
Coach Stu has been in contact with all the team travelers for this weekend's NCAP meet. If you have any questions or have not heard from him, please contact Coach Stu at firstname.lastname@example.org or Julie Kline at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Attached is Coach Stu’s itinerary for the NCAP Invitational (same as previously circulated).
