Central
Bucks Swim Team is designed for both the senior
level (high school) and the age group level swimmer. Our senior practice
runs dry land and pool workouts stressing endurance, training and technique.
We strive to improve the stroke mechanics of all our swimmers while also
featuring aerobic training appropriate for each skill level.
The
Central Bucks Swim Team (CBST) is a member of United States Swimming (USS).
USS is the governing body of competitive swimming
in the U.S. CBST is also a member of the Middle Atlantic LSC (Local Swimming Committee) which
is composed of all USA Swimming teams in central and
eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and the state of Delaware.
Senior
swimmers have morning practices available to them at both CB South HS and CB
East HS during the school year.
They can also swim after school during the "non-high school season" with
Stu or Jeff at South HS and swim after school with their high school team
during the high school season.
